The researchers are encouraged to send their manuscripts to Conference Co-Chair by email to ircl2025@esn.ac.lk with the stipulated format and standards indicated in the guidelines for authors. Abstracts are accepted in English and Tamil medium.
The abstracts which meet the requirements indicated in the guidelines for authors will be subjected to the double-blind peer-review process. The authors whose abstracts are selected by a panel of reviewers will be invited for oral presentations and their abstract will be published on the conference proceedings. The authors who wish to submit full papers can follow the author guideline of Eastern Journal of Library and Information Science (EJLIS). However, only abstract will be published in the conference proceedings.No abstracts will be published unless the author/s appeared in person or online for the oral presentation on the day of the conference.
The registration fee will be levied for presenters and participants in the following rates. Every Registration includes admission to the Inaugural & all Conference-Sessions, Running Lunches, Refreshment (Morning & Afternoon), Conference Kit and the Certificate of Presentation/Participation.
